The Doyle Collection
The Doyle Collection needed an easy to use system that would increase direct bookings and allow for multi-language use across a number of devices and connection types. Norse Digital solved this problem by developing a solution that performs currency and language conversion, while prominently displaying both brand and room information to enhance the online shopping experience.

Doyles Collection is an Irish, independent, family-owned hotel group where all hotels have different personalities with their own individual look and feel. The Doyle is renowned for their unrivaled hospitality, where everything needed is anticipated.
When Doyles Collection initiated a collaboration with Norse Digital, the goal was to implement new websites to reflect their warmth, individualism and serve as a professional platform for their guests. The collaboration was launched with a workshop to analyze how we could create a preferred channel for online bookings, facilitate content management and fully grasp their online presence to increase sales. To enhance communications with their clients, a good content management system was implemented to facilitate brand related content creation and publishing. Today, their website serves as an important tool for communicating hotel news, promotions and events in their respective cities to gain traction and deliver pin-pointed information for customers visiting a new city. Social Media is a powerful tool for the hospitality industry, thus share functions are accessible for visitors to promote useful content.
To enhance the online shopping experience, an advanced integrated booking engine was implemented on their websites. Customers visit from a number of countries so currency and language conversion was an important factor while developing a tailored booking engine. Today, visitors find brand and room information while personalizing their own stay at one of the Doyles luxury hotels.
Today, The Doyle Collections websites serve as the primary channel for revenue generation in the online market place for the Doyle Collection and as the repository for all special offers and promotions. The refreshed website is part of an evolutionary journey, one where Norse Digital was able to inject vibrancy into the rich heritage and strengths of The Doyle Collection brand and its properties, making deeper connections with guests and priming the brand for growth
